Message from the DSH Police Chief - Napa State Hospital

I am a big proponent of community policing.  I believe that a police department cannot be successful without partnership between the department and the community they serve. At DSH-Napa, we strive to provide the highest quality law enforcement service, always remembering that the individuals we serve are deserving of our understanding, patience, and compassion.
