This DSH COVID-19 webpage was created to share data on patients, staff and other workers at state hospitals who have tested positive for COVID-19. DSH is posting this information to keep the public informed about the Department's ongoing efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19 in its facilities. Federal and state privacy, security and confidentiality laws have not been set aside during the pandemic emergency. As a result, DSH still has a legal obligation to protect the rights of patients as the Department responds to this crisis.
